  • We currently ship within India only.
  • Orders placed from outside India will not be processed.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS once your order is placed.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may require additional delivery time.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Any additional charges such as COD fees (if offered) will be mentioned during checkout.

5. Courier & Logistics Partners

We work with trusted third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery. Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

7. Delays in Delivery

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

  • Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control

8. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
  • Orders with incorrect addresses may be delayed, returned, or cancelled.

9. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, re-shipping charges may apply.

In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

10. Damaged Packages During Transit

If you receive a visibly damaged package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

If damage is noticed after delivery, report it within 48 hours with clear photos or videos.
