Refund & Return Policy

We take great care in delivering quality traditional and vintage Indian clothing. Please read this policy carefully to understand our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

Returns will not be accepted for reasons related to personal preference such as color variation, fabric feel, or design expectations.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance
  • Customized or altered products
  • Innerwear, accessories, or items marked as non-returnable
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery

3. Return Request Process

To request a return:

  • Email us at vastramayamagic@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Mention your order ID, reason for return, and attach clear images or videos of the product

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Pickup

  • If the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be asked to ship the product to our return address.
  • Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used via Razorpay.
  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.

6. Replacement Policy

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may opt for a replacement (subject to stock availability). If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product).
  • In cases where the return is due to customer preference (if approved), shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund:

  • Check your bank account or payment app
  • Contact your bank or payment provider
